Late checkout without prior approval: $50 charge. If a guest does not exit the property with in 2 hours of the designated checkout time, there will be a minimum of a $200 charge and subject to lost revenue of any post check-out reservation. Guests found in violation of house rules will be grounds of immediate termination of the stay without refund. 8. The unit is equipped with smart device, such as smart lock, security cams outside and in the garage and water leak sensor. Please do not move or modify these devices to avoid triggering siren and/or loss of access to the unit. 9. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 10. Children are allowed with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
