Our cute 1400 sq ft home has been newly updated to meet the needs of guests. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and provides ample parking on a long driveway and a one-car garage. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with complimentary coffee and tea. All mattresses are new and highly rated on Amazon. Excellent Xfinity high speed internet for work or family travel. The place is conveniently located and close to everything that Cartersville offers: • 10 miles to LakePoint Sports (18 minutes) • 3 miles to Cartersville Medical Center (6 minutes) • 5 miles to Booth Western Art Museum (9 minutes) • 5 miles to Tellus Science Museum (9 minutes) • 4 miles to I75 (9 minutes) • 4 miles to Downtown Cartersville (9 minutes)

Additional rules While we want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible, we do have a few house rules. Please let us know if you have any questions on them: 1. No parties/events are allowed in the unit. Violators will be fined $350 and given bad reviews. 2. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking, vaping, and all other forms of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the property. If we discover evidence of smoking, a $550 fine will be applied to cover additional cleaning costs 3. No pets are allowed. 4. Guests must have a valid working phone number accessible to the host. 5. Occupancy Limit: 8. The amount of guests over the occupancy limit are trespassing and will be asked to vacate the property. $40 charge per person for any guests on the property that were undeclared before their arrival. The host reserves the right to refuse any guest deemed unsuitable. 6. If there is a complaint made to Airbnb or to the host about any aspect of the property including, but not limited to, amenities and cleanliness, then the guests is authorizing the host to access the property, without permission to fix the issue formed in the complaint to meet a suitable standard. 7. Late checkout without prior approval: $50 charge. If a guest does not exit the property with in 2 hours of the designated checkout time, there will be a minimum of a $200 charge and subject to lost revenue of any post check-out reservation. Guests found in violation of house rules will be grounds of immediate termination of the stay without refund. 8. The unit is equipped with smart device, such as smart lock, security cams outside and in the garage and water leak sensor. Please do not move or modify these devices to avoid triggering siren and/or loss of access to the unit. 9. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 10. Children are allowed with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
